A hygienic cabinet comprises at least two composite sheets 100, 102 each comprising a PVC skin 106 and a uPVC foam core 104. The at least two sheets 100, 102 are bonded by positioning the two sheets 100, 102 substantially adjacent to each other, and applying a solvent adhesive 112 between the sheets 100, 102, such that capillarity occurs between the sheets 100, 102, the sheets 100, 102 becoming bonded. The sheets 100, 102 may be impregnated with an antibacterial substance. |
