PURPOSE: A water saving micro-bubble generating apparatus is provided to supply external air to domestic water and to generate compression, expansion, and friction to the water to be pulverized. CONSTITUTION: A water storing tank(10) includes a upper body(11) and a cover(12). The lower side of the upper body is opened. The cover closes the opened lower side of the upper body. A water supplying pipe(21) and a water discharging pipe(22) are arranged at the bottom of the cover. The water supplying pipe is composed of a DeLaval(20). The diameter of the DeLaval is reduced. Water through the DeLaval generates jet current. An air supplying valve(23) is arranged at the DeLaval and injects external air based on the jet current. The water supplying pipe passes through the bottom of the cover, a perforated plate(30), and a fictional cup(33).
