PURPOSE: An LED ceiling recessed light with superior heat dissipation is provided to maximize heat dissipation by directly attaching and fixing an LED circuit board to a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: An LED(12) comprises a circuit board(10), a heat sink(20) made of aluminum, a fixing body(30) fixed to a ceiling, and a lightning cover(40). The lighting cover is attached and detached from the fixing main body. A protruded holding part(42) is projected to an inner side of the lighting cover. A light transmissive plate(43) is formed on the protruded holding part while being supported from a lower end of a bending part(41). A fastening bolt(50) is inserted through a through hole(11) of the circuit board.
