<p>Producing a composite material (300), comprises: (a) providing a first plate (110) made of a metal having a solder plating, which is applied on a main surface of the first plate; (b) providing a second plate (130) made of a metal having a solder plating; (c) providing a layer made of fiber; (d) arranging the first plate, the second plate and the layer of fibers (120) in a stack (100) such that the layer of fibers is placed between solder plating of first plate and solder plating of the second plate; and (e) soldering the solder plating of first plate and the solder plating of second plate. Producing a composite material (300), comprises: (a) providing a first plate (110) made of a metal having a solder plating, which is applied on a main surface of the first plate; (b) providing a second plate (130) made of a metal having a solder plating, which is applied on a main surface of the second plate; (c) providing a layer made of fiber; (d) arranging the first plate, the second plate and the layer of fibers (120) in a stack (100) such that the layer of fibers is placed between the solder plating of the first plate and the solder plating of the second plate; and (e) soldering the solder plating of the first plate and the solder plating of the second plate such that the fibers are firmly bonded with the first plate and second plate to produce the composite material. An independent claim is also included for a composite material comprising a stack of a first plate made of metal, a second plate made of the metal, and a layer of fibers, which is arranged in a cohesive manner on a solder layer connecting the main surface of the first plate and a main surface of the second plate.</p> |
