PURPOSE: A system for controlling face to face meeting determination and a method thereof are provided to easily identify whether a host is in a face to face meeting, thereby smoothly processing the face to face meeting between a host and a guest. CONSTITUTION: A host sensor(110) is installed at a first point of a face to face meeting space. The host sensor recognizes the presence of a host. A human sensing sensor(120) is installed at a second point of the face to face meeting space. The human sensing sensor recognizes the presence of a person. A face to face meeting control unit(130) determines the occupancy of a guest in the face to face meeting space by the recognized number of host and person.
