PURPOSE: A resin panel green house, and a construction method thereof are provided to enable users to easily combine a basic frame and a horizontal brace. CONSTITUTION: A resin panel green house comprises the following: more than two basic frames formed by combining triangular trusses on the upper side of a column(11) fixed to the ground using brackets; plural horizontal braces(20) connecting the basic frames installed to face each other with the constant distance; a resin panel forming the roof and walls of the green house, installed on the horizontal braces; and a first bracket(410) including a first fixing unit(411) a bolt coupling hole(412a) welded to the combining surface of the horizontal braces and the basic frames; and a second bracket(420) with a second fixing unit(421).
