Self-reinforcing disc brake

The self-energizing disk brake has a brake caliper that is held on a stationary brake carrier and an application-sided and a reaction-sided brake pad (1) which is pressed against a brake disk. An application unit is provided with a brake piston and a self-energizing unit. The brake piston is closed at a pressure plate (2). A sealing arrangement is formed for sealing the space between a plunger (5) and a strut bearing (4) in operating position. The sealing arrangement has an elastically deformable sealing bellows (7).
