PURPOSE: A system for requesting a rent-a-driver service and a method thereof are provided to proceed the direct transaction between a customer and a substitute driver without an intermediate call center process, thereby minimizing the rent-a-driver service and offering the service in a short time. CONSTITUTION: Customer terminals(100) transmit rent-a-driver service requests to a rent-a-driver service contract inducing server(200). Substitute driver terminals(300) receives customer information who requests the rent-a-driver service within a fixed range of area. The rent-a-driver service contract inducing server processes the direct transaction between the customer and the substitute driver.
