The electronic device for protecting the current and voltage transition, of intelligent and dynamical compensation, which reduces the loss and heat dissipation in switch semiconductor devices and with this having substantial energy savings; the invention intends that the switch semiconductors or devices work at a maximum temperature of from about 40°C ± 5%; the inventive design has as main technical characteristics that it supports currents of some milliamperes up to 20 amperes, with a voltage ranging from about 55 VDC to about 450 VDC and frequencies of from about 100 Hz to about 100 KHz.
