PURPOSE: A repeater is provided to prevent malfunction due to a property change of an address line by checking margin of an input address and a delay enable signal by a first test signal and a second test signal. CONSTITUTION: An enable signal delay unit(1) generates a delay enable signal by delaying an enable signal in response to a test signal. An address output unit(2) outputs an output address by amplifying an input address in response to the delay enable signal. A second transmission device transmits an output signal of the delay unit in response to the test signal. A driving signal generating unit generates a pull-up signal and a pull-down signal by receiving the input address and the delay enable signal. A driving unit drives the output address in response to the pull-up signal and the pull-down signal. |
