PURPOSE: A 5 shaft micro processing apparatus is provided to have a high processing accuracy and to easily process complicated shaped workpiece due to a 5 shaft structure. CONSTITUTION: The 5 shaft micro processing apparatus includes a z table; a b rotary table; a workpiece processing unit(100); a workpiece mounting unit. The z table(120) is installed on a horizontal base table to be moved toward a z direction. The b rotary table(130) is installed on the z table to be rotated in a b direction. The workpiece processing unit is fixed on the b rotary table, and is composed of a spindle and a zig for cutting supporting a cutting tool. The workpiece mounting unit(200) is installed on the c rotary table(250), and is composed of a workpiece jig supporting the workpiece.
