PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polymer/carbon nanotube composite is provided to control the content of carbon nanotube using carbon nanotube with high compatibility with a solvent and to enable mass production. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polymer/carbon nanotube composite comprises the steps of: (i) adding a solvent to modified carbon nanotubes of chemical formula 1: [CNT-((CH2)aO)bH]^+[Y]^-, stirring and applying ultrasonic waves to prepare the modified carbon nanotube solution; (ii) mixing the modified carbon nanotube solution with a polyester-based biodegradable polymer; and (iii) removing a solvent from the polymer/carbon nanotube solution.
