LATICIFEROUS TISSUE-SPECIFIC SRPP PROMOTER FROM HEVEA BRASILIENSIS AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A Hevea brasiliensis-derived SRPP promoter is provided to control natural rubber biosynthesis and production in a plant. CONSTITUTION: A Hevea brasiliensis-derived latex secreting tissue-specific SRPP(small rubber particle-associated protein) promoter has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant plant expression vector contains a SRPP promoter and a target gene encoding a target protein at downstream of the promoter. A method for specifically expressing a foreign gene in a transgenic plant in a latex secreting tissue specific mode comprises: a step of recombining the foreign gene to the recombinant plant expression vector; and a step of transforming the recombinant plant expression vector to a plant.
