GENE DELIVERY SYSTEMS EXHIBITING ENHANCED TUMOR-SPECIFIC EXPRESSION WITH RECOMBINANT EXPRESSION CONTROL SEQUENCE

摘要

PURPOSE: A gene delivery system using gene expression regulatory sequence with HRE, E2F and TERT is provided to improve selective tumor cell-killing ability and to ensure anti-tumor effect. CONSTITUTION: A gene expression regulatory sequence contains HRE(hypoxia-response elements) enhancer sequence and E2F promoter sequence. The E2F promoter is positioned at the downstream of HRE enhancer sequence. The regulatory sequence additionally contains TERT(telomere reverse transcriptase) promoter sequence. A gene delivery system with improved tumor-specific expression contains the regulatory sequence and a target gene which is operatively linked to the regulatory sequence.
