PURPOSE: A vacuum pump is provided to generate high efficiency vacuum by successively compressing air and realizing a rapid product supply, repair, and replacement. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump(20) comprises a pair of root rotors, a timing gear, a middle casing(12), a front casing(16a), a front cover(8), a coupling casing(7), a rear casing(16b), a rear cover(17), and a rear pan plate. The root rotor compresses air by transmitted power from a driving motor(1). The timing gear connects rotation of the root rotors. A plurality of partitions having a flow path and the root rotors are installed in the middle casing. The front casing is joined to a front side part of the middle casing. A side shaft of the root rotor passes through the front casing. The front cover is joined in a side of the front casing and coupled with a front bearing housing. The coupling casing protects an outer surface connected by a shaft of the driving motor and coupling and fixes the driving motor. The rear casing is joined to a rear side part of the middle casing and the rear cover is joined to a side of the rear casing. |
