CONSTITUTION: In a slow surface plasmon polarition waveguid structure using a lattice structure, a waveguide structure includes a metal layer(100) and a lattice layer(200). The waveguide structure supplies a part of the energy of fast surface plasmon polariton which is generated from transmitted light to a surface plasmon polariton.
