Disclosed is a device which comprises at least one coupling element and is used for coupling two spaced-apart shafts that are disposed parallel to each other in an axial direction or at an angle from each other. Said device is characterized by the fact that it is provided with at least one first rotating material and a second rotating material which cooperate with at least one vibration-dampening element so as to dampen torsional vibrations.
