<p>The arrangement (1) has a rotation body (2) in form of a heating roller and a winding roller that does not stay in contact with a wire and a felt. The rotation body is connected with a bearing (3), a drive (4) and a brake device (5). The brake device has a brake part (6) i.e. hydrodynamic converter (7), which provides maximum brake moment developed over preset time lag. The time lag lies within a range of 0.8 to 3 seconds. A controller is provided to automatically activate the brake device in case of power failure.</p> |
