PURPOSE: A manufacturing device is provided to prevent the deformation of an electrolyte inlet, and to improve airtightness of a battery while reducing manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device(400) comprises: a die(420) for fixing a prismatic can in which electrode assembly is mounted, and a base plate(200) is mounted in the opened top; a press(430) pressing a sealing member(204) into an electrolyte inlet(202) by pressurizing sealing member while moving upwards and downwards; and a control part controlling the operation of the press. The press presses the sealing member by rotating clockwise direction or counter clock-wise around the sealing member at moving downwards.
