<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size ball point pen by which a clip can be securely locked by stably and smoothly carrying out the movement from raising the clip to locking the same, the clip can be stably secured to enhance using feeling in writing, and a holding member is prevented from falling off. <P>SOLUTION: An engaging portion 3c engaged with an engaged portion 4b formed in the upper portion of an intermediate body 4 is formed in an outside face of the U-shape portion 3e of the clip 3, the intermediate body 4 is formed such that the side face of the clip 3 side of the intermediate body 4 contacts with the inner wall of the ballpoint pen body by the force generated when the engaging portion 3c and the engaged portion 4b engaged with each other, thereby stable engaging movement is carried out without rattling, and the intermediate body 4 is inclined by the upper side face 4c and the lower side face 4d arranged in the intermediate body 4 there by the engage of the engaging portion 3c and the engaged portion 4b can be easily disengaged when the clip 3 is returned in its original position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
