<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with an overcap having an opening blade which can be opened sanitarily without scattering of contents, wherein the opening blade is not obstructive at drinking a drink. <P>SOLUTION: The overcap 3 is composed of a peripheral wall 3a surrounding a mouth part 1a of the container body 1 and connecting to it, a top wall 3b having an opening h forming a spout of contents and being integrated with the peripheral wall 3a and a base part 3c arranged at the edge of the opening of the top wall 3b. The unsealing blade 4 which is supported through a thin piece t capable of being deformed by bending and pressing and cutting a sealing sheet 2 located just under the opening h by a downward swing motion with bending deformation of the thin piece and an operating lever 5 which induces the downward swing motion by pressing the rear end of the unsealing blade 4 by pulling-up with bending deformation of the thin wall t, are provided at the base part 3c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
