<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method that can prevent fog caused by a charge difference between a developer toner and a replenishing toner and can suppress contamination on the base with time. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming method is characterized in that: different charge controlling agents are used for an initially supplied toner and a replenishing toner; the replenishing toner exhibits a peak charge amount, at both times of before the replenishing toner is used and after used as a single toner and deteriorated, being higher than the peak charge amount of the initially supplied toner at the first time of a toner end and lower than the peak charge amount of the initial toner before use; and the toner remaining in a developing device at the second time of a toner end exhibits a peak charge amount higher than the peak charge amount of the initially supplied toner at the first time of the toner end and lower than the peak charge amount of the initial toner before use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
