PURPOSE: An environment-friendly paint composition is provided to have excellent adhesion to plastic, non-ferrous metal, etc, without using volatile organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly paint composition comprises 30-40 parts by weight of acryl latex resin, 40-60 parts by weight of sound absorber, 0.5-1 parts by weight of bentonite powder, and 1-4 parts by weight of additives. The sound absorber is ceramic cenosphere. The additives are one or more mixture selected from an antifoaming agent, a dispersant, a surfactant, a silicon based additive, and a non-silicon based additive. A product with a coating layer is formed by diluting the paint composition by water to 1-15 %, and spreading the same on a substrate. |
