SCANNER FOR ANALYZING A NUCLEAR FUEL ROD

The invention relates to a scanner for analysing nuclear fuel rods comprising a shield (1) and orifices (8,5) to locate the fuel rod (2) and one or several CZT detectors (6). The CZT detectors allow for the construction of a lightweight, simple and easily transportable scanner. The scanner is additionally advantageous in that some of the elements thereof are interchangeable.
