PURPOSE: A starting block assembly is provided to enable a user to obtain an optimal starting posture. CONSTITUTION: A starting block assembly comprises a starting block(110), a starting block supporting plate(101), a first load sensor(130), a second load sensor(140), a sensor supporting plate(120), and a control box(150). The starting block is equipped with a supporting unit, a foot rest unit, and a connecting unit. The first load sensor is installed in the front of the starting block and measures ground reaction force of the first step of a field athlete. The second load sensor is able to measure the ground reaction force of the second step of the field athlete. The control box receives data outputted from the first and second load sensors and sends the received date to a computer.
