PURPOSE: A chemical carving using calcium carbonate chalk is provided to use for making simple piece of accessories or decorations, thereby enhancing availability. CONSTITUTION: A chemical carving using calcium carbonate chalk comprises a carbon chalk and a tape set. The calcium carbonate chalk and tape set are manufactured by attaching tape which is not dissolvable in citric acid to a calcium carbonate chalk. The calcium carbonate chalk and the tape set are dip in the citric acid in order to produce pieces. Parts (2-1) which corrosion has not happed are wrapped with Scotch tape. The calcium carbonate chalk has a pH measured at about 9.5 since the calcium carbonate is weak base. |
