PURPOSE: A backlight device and a liquid crystal display device are provided to make a mold frame micro and make a layer narrow. CONSTITUTION: A reflective sheet is arranged in a rear side of a light guide plate(16). At least one optical sheet(18) is arranged on a light emitting surface of the light guide plate. At least one optical sheet is a diffusion sheet or a prism sheet. A laminate is put into a mold frame(12) wherein the laminate includes the light guide plate and the optical sheet. A gate for injecting a resin is arranged on the inner side of the frame. |
