PURPOSE: A coupler for a column form and a column form with the same are provided to prevent swelling of a column and secure structural stability because column forms are easily installed on the perimeter of a form in the field. CONSTITUTION: A coupler for a column form comprises a first frame(10) and a second frame. The first frame comprises a first rotating part(11) with a first hinge hole(12), a first horizontal part(13) which is horizontally extended from one end of the first rotating part, and a first coupling part(14) which is extended from one end of the first horizontal part at an angle. The second frame comprises a second rotating part which has a second hinge hole and is coupled to the first hinge hole by a hinge shaft, a second horizontal part which is horizontally extended from one end of the second rotating part, and a second coupling part which is horizontally extended from one end of the second horizontal part and inclined at a certain angle.
