PURPOSE: Footwear with cooling and heating functions is provided to discharge heat through a partial region of a midsole and to maintain a shock-absorbing function. CONSTITUTION: Footwear with cooling and heating functions comprises uppers of leather, a midsole(100), and an outsole(200). The midsole is comprised of a plurality of partitioned unit pieces. A plurality of unit pieces is comprised of a functional unit piece(110) and a skeletal unit piece(120). The midsole is comprised of a plurality of unit pieces. One or more functionality unit pieces comprise a body, a slot groove, a cooling fin, a thermoelectric element, and a blocking plate.
