PLATE FORMING METHOD BY USING MESH GENERATION AND PLANAR DEVELOPMENT OF 3D SURFACE

PURPOSE: A plate forming method using a three-dimensional curve division is provided to increase work efficiency by concentrating a curved variation based on a geometric method. CONSTITUTION: An object curved surface is generated(S1). The object curved surface is divided into curved pieces of a rectangle shape(S2). The divided curved piece is converted into divided plate pieces(S3). The divided plate pieces are unfolded on the plate(S4). The geometric variable is extracted by being converted into a manufacturing variable(S5).
