PURPOSE: A blind hybrid handrail is provided to facilitate the securing or blocking of view by installing a slat on the handrail and save energy used for cooling in the summer by blocking sunlight from the handrail. CONSTITUTION: A blind hybrid handrail comprises a slat(14), a blind driving unit and a guider(15). The slat can make horizontal or vertical movement and rotation. The slat is installed between an upper frame(10) and a lower frame(12). The blind driving unit is installed on the upper frame. The blind driving unit supports, rotates and vertically or horizontally moves the slat. The guider supports the slat on the lower end or the left and right of the slat. The guider guides vertical or horizontal movement.
