PURPOSE: A substrate for flexible display device, a manufacturing method thereof, a flexible display apparatus having the substrate are provided to prevent from a plastic substrate being degraded with the oxygen or the moisture, secure the stability of the substrate, and prevent from the crack or deformity happening in the inorganic thin layer at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a flexible board for a display apparatus comprises the steps of: preparing a polymer film(111); wet-coating an inorganic material on the polymer film; and forming an inorganic thin layer(112) from the inorganic material. The wet-coating step comprises a step of spreading the inorganic precursor solution. The inorganic material comprises the oxide of the silicon, the titanium, the tantalum, the aluminum or these combinations, and nitride or oxynitride. The precursor solution includes acetate, acrylate, carbonylate, carbonate, nitrate, sulfate, phosphate, halide, hydroxide, alkoxide or their combination is included.
