PURPOSE: A double pipe for an internal heat exchanger is provided to prevent a hole of the pipe from clogging when the pipe is bent and to easily perform the assembling work of an inlet and an outlet. CONSTITUTION: A double pipe for an internal heat exchanger comprises an outer pipe(120) and an inner pipe(110). The outer pipe and the inner pipe are connected to each other through multiple connection ribs(130). A low-pressure hole(H11) for flowing low-pressure fluid is formed inside the inner pipe. Multiple high-pressure holes(H12) are formed for flowing high-pressure fluid through the connection ribs are formed between the outer and inner pipes. The center of the outer pipe does not accord with the center of the inner pipe.
