PURPOSE: A performance monitoring method and system of a hospital EMR application are provided to manage continuous task average time by setting an objective data capable of comparing current average time and past task average time. CONSTITUTION: A user computer includes as follows. An EMR interface unit(220) executes an EMR service at a client plane through an interactive communication with a web server. A work code manger(270) assigns special work among menus provided in the EMR service. If a user selects a measurement target menu, an execution time recognizer(230) generates a selection time of a user about a corresponding measurement target menu as an execution time data. |
