PURPOSE: A boiler using a spiral structure and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to secure high thermal efficiency by increasing a heat exchanging area and the retention time of combustion gas. CONSTITUTION: A boiler using a spiral structure comprises a water pipe(20). An inner line(22) and an outside line(24) of the water pipe are formed in spiral structure from the center to outside. The water pipe and a furnace are formed between the inner line and outside by turns. A plurality of spiral pipes is consecutively arranged from center to outside.
