PURPOSE: A bicycle riding exercise apparatus is provided to enable a user to easily learn how to ride a bicycle indoors. CONSTITUTION: A perpendicular frame(1400) is installed on one side of a frame(1100) upward with a certain length. A center support frame(1500) for a front wheel handle support frame(15) is installed on the perpendicular frame. A handle shaft(14) of a bicycle handle is surrounded by the front wheel handle support frame.
