PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing crude drug extract is provided to effectively remove heavy metals or other impurities and to effectively prevent or treat gastrointestinal movement disorders. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing crude drug extract comprises: a step of preparing mixture extract from Pharbitis nil seeds and Corydalis remota Fisch. ex Maxim using water, organic solvent, or mixture thereof; and a step of adding activated charcoal or resin. The method further comprises a step of stirring and decompressing. The resin is prepared by adding activated charcoal and hydrochloric acid and filtering.
