PURPOSE: A warm water supply apparatus of a warm water mat is provided to prevent a safety accident by intercepting power supplied to a heater. CONSTITUTION: A warm water supply apparatus of a warm water mat comprises: a temperature sensor(210) which senses the temperature of warm water circulating in a warm water circulation pipe; a warm water circulating unit(220) which makes warm water circulate in the warm water circulation pipe; and a shock-absorbing heating unit(230) which discharge warm water to the warm water circulation pipe. The warm water circulating unit includes a container, a rotor, an impeller, and a stator.
