PURPOSE: A substrate with a reinforcing material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the strength of the substrate by inserting a reinforcing material to a frame area of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A prepreg layer(110) functions as an adhesive and an insulation layer in a laminating process. The prepreg layer is made of insulation materials. A circuit layer(130) is formed on the upper and lower sides of the prepreg layer. A reinforcing material(120) inserted between the prepreg layer and the circuit layer. The reinforcing material is made of copper or ceramic based materials.
