PURPOSE: A link changing system and a method thereof are provided to protect a security program from hacking by changing a data structure of the generated execution file. CONSTITUTION: A reading unit(21) reads out a code of a project file in which a link sequence of files is recorded. An analyzing unit(22) extracts unit file header name sets by analyzing a code of the project file. A mixing unit(24) mixes an order of the unit file header name sets. A recording unit(25) records the unit header file sets on a header area.
