METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ADAPTIVE COOPERATION TRANSITION IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An adaptive cooperation communication method in a communication system and a device thereof are provided to adaptively use an EF(Estimate and Forward) protocol or a DF(Decode and Forward) protocol according to channel state information among a source, a relay, and a destination. CONSTITUTION: A relay(610) obtains channel state information. The relay selects either one of an EF(Estimate and Forward) protocol or a DF(Decode and Forward) protocol. The relay converts a source signal received from a source(600) in a first time slot into a relay signal through the selected relay protocol. The relay transmits the converted relay signal to a destination(620) in the second time slot.
