PURPOSE: A dry type rooftop greening panel easy to construct and repair is provided to shorten rooftop greening facility installation time. CONSTITUTION: A greening panel(10) comprises a bottom surface(12), a side wall(14) standing the outer side of the bottom surface, a drain hole(19) to drain the water collected on the floor. A soil layer(20) is prepared in the inside of the sidewall of the greening panel and a plant is planted. A filter layer(30) is located under the soil layer to prevent the breakdown of the soil layer and facilitate draining. A draining layer is located under the filter layer to support the water from the filter layer to be collected in the bottom surface of the greening panel or draining through the drain hole. Plural greening panels including the soil layer or drain layer is arranged in a green area. A through hole(17) is formed in the greening panel as a repairing hole(16) so when water is leak on the ceiling, waterproof liquid is permeated through the hole.
