PURPOSE: An azimuth propelling device for testing a movement of a model ship is provided to easily attach a shaft and motor and satisfy propelling and turning functions at the same time like an actual azimuth propeller. CONSTITUTION: An azimuth propelling device(10) for testing a movement of a model ship comprises a base(12), a first strut(14), a second strut(16), a pd part(8), a propelling shaft(20), and a motor. The first strut is a tube-like shape extended and protruded to the base. One end part of the second strut is a tube-like shape inserted to be passed through inside of the first strut. The pod part is joined to the other end part of the second strut. The propelling shaft is arranged to be inserted into inside of the second strut. The propelling shaft transfers power to the pod part. The motor supplies power to one end part of the propelling shaft.
