PURPOSE: A method and a system for coupling an exclusive contract toward a broker of a real estate transaction between a seller and a broker are provided to contract the broker and exclusive contract of one people to the real estate owner wanting the real estate transaction. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate system receives an exclusive contract from the exclusive contract applicant in which an intermediate system tries to apply the exclusive contract(401). The intermediating system calls a payment system(402). According to the payment system is the call of the intermediating system, the web page inputting the payment related information is transmitted to the exclusive contract applicant. The payment related information which the exclusive contract applicant inputs is stored. The intermediating system requests the payment processing in the payment system. |
