<p>PURPOSE: Graphene hybrid materials and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to maintain high capacity as much as 100mAh/g at rapid charging/discharging rates of 2500mA/g. CONSTITUTION: Graphene hybrid materials are displayed as FePO_4/graphene and the anode material of a lithium secondary battery. A method for manufacturing the graphene hybrid materials includes the follows: graphite oxide is obtained from graphite; graphene is obtained from the graphite oxide; graphene hybrid materials are obtained by adding Fe precursors and PO_4 precursors to the graphene; and the graphene hybrid materials are thermally treated under air or inert gas atmosphere.</p> |
