PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing water treating separating module and the separating module are provided to fix and arrange a plurality of hollow fiber membranes of uniform lengths in a filtering pipe. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of hollow membrane filters are cut into pieces of constant lengths(S100). The cut hollow fiber membranes are parallelly aligned(S200). The aligned hollow fiber membranes are pressurized by heating such that the hollow fiber membranes are fused to form a fused part(S300). The fused hollow fiber membrane bundle is wound to become a cylindrical form, and the cylindrical bundle is introduced into a filtering tube(S400). The fused part includes an upper fused part and a lower fused part.
