PURPOSE: A whole body exercise machine is provided to make the waist and knee joint flexible and to improve muscular strength. CONSTITUTION: A whole body exercise machine comprises an upper body exercise part(10), a waist and hips exercise part(20), a leg exercise part(30), an ankle exercise part(40), and a main frame. The upper body exercise part includes an upper body supporting board, an upper body supporting mat, a grasping power enhancer, a mat fixing plate, an assistant frame, a drive pulley, a main shaft pulley, and a driven shaft pulley. The waist and hips exercise part helps the exercise in the upper body and hips exercise. The leg exercise part has round trip rotation, vertical circular motion, and massage functions. The exercise part is freely rotated in the direction of force. |
