PURPOSE: A soundproof plate having a frame with a front/rear plate replacing function is provided to improve residential environment by inserting various patterns and drawings into the front and rear surfaces of the soundproof plate. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof plate having a frame with a front/rear plate replacing function comprises a front plate(100), a rear plate, an upper frame, a lower frame, side frames, a reflection plate, a sound absorbing member, and a spacer. Noise flows from a noise source to the front plate. The rear plate is parallelly separated from the front plate. The upper frame is located at the top of the front and rear plates and has contact protrusions. The lower frame is located at the bottom of the front and rear plates and has hanging ribs. The side frames are connected to the sides of the front and rear plates and cover the sides of the soundproof plate. The reflection plate and the sound absorbing member cut off or absorb the noise. The spacer efficiently cuts off noise by forming an air layer between the reflection plate and the sound absorbing member.
