PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing fall is provided to make the installation thereof possible with low costs and simple work and to be applied to various structures. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing fall comprises a safety belt(110), a fall prevention rope(120), a fall prevention device(130), and a connecting member(140). The safety belt is worn on the body of a worker. Both ends of the fall prevention rope are connected to the upper and lower ends of a vertical ladder. The fall prevention device is equipped in the fall prevention rope. The connecting member is equipped in the safety belt and is arranged in a location facing the fall prevention rope.
