PURPOSE: A seasoned fish meat composition, and a producing method of a seasoned fish meat product are provided to improve the taste of the composition by the optimum seasoning mixture rate. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a seasoned fish meat product comprises the following steps: mixing 86-90wt% of surimi, 9-10wt% of supplementary ingredients, and 2-3wt% of food additives; molding the seasoned mixture into a fixed shape before drying; and heat-compressing the dried mixture before roasting. The supplementary ingredients include white 4-6wt% of sugar, 1-2wt% of refined salt, 0.5-1wt% of processed butter, and 2-3wt% of flour. The food additives include 0.2-0.4wt% of monosodium L-glutamate, 2-2.5wt% of jade powder, 0.01-0.1wt% of calcium carbonate, and 0.005-0.015wt% of baking powder. |
